Grand Chapitre de France - Yerres, France

October 7-11, 2026 After Versailles in 2024, we have chosen to take you on a journey to discover some of the Île-de-France region’s, lesser-known yet absolutely splendid châteaux. This "Island"—encircled by the Seine, the Marne, and the Oise rivers—boasts beautiful and incredibly diverse landscapes, while its royal heritage offers a wealth of artistic treasures, ranging from architecture and the art of garden design to, of course, gastronomy. That is why we have decided to introduce you to this magnificent region through its craftsmanship, cuisine, and châteaux—from Champs-sur-Marne (the residence for visiting heads of state) to the Royal Palace of Fontainebleau (with its 1,500 rooms) and the Rothschilds' Château de Ferrières...
